Study in Cyprus on an RF passport: admission (private English-taught universities accept the RF Attestat), the university files entry/residence with the Migration Department, then a visa via BLS in Russia (€90 + service fee). Student status is temporary and does not itself grant PR — you later need a switch to work (often FIC). Naturalisation: 7 of the last 10 years plus 12 continuous months, Greek B1; renouncing the RF passport is not listed among the conditions.
