Study in the Netherlands on an RF passport: admission to an IND-recognised sponsor university, which files TEV/MVV + residence with IND. 2026 funds norm — €1,130.77/month (€13,569/year) plus non-EU tuition (bachelor usually from ~€9–20k/year). An RF Attestat ≈ HAVO: direct HBO entry is usually possible; WO bachelor often needs a foundation/extra year. After graduation — orientation year and HSM at the reduced threshold. Study time counts 50% toward EU long-term residence. Dutch naturalisation usually requires renouncing previous citizenship.
