An RF Attestat for Udelar first year is often accepted without prior ANEP revalidation (the faculty assesses). No fixed funds floor — in practice budget living costs. Residents may work under ordinary rules. Citizenship with habitual residence in 3/5 years; renouncing RF citizenship is not required.
