"Service" means the website relorca.app and the Relorca mobile application.
1. The information is for reference
Everything in the Service is provided for general information. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in it and may add to, change or remove material at any time without prior notice.
2. Visa and immigration information is not legal advice
This is the most important section of this document.
The Service describes visas, residence permits, naturalisation and applicant requirements, drawing on open official sources. This is not legal, immigration, tax or financial advice, not an official interpretation, and not a promise of any outcome.
What that means in practice:
- The rules change fast. Requirements, processing times, income thresholds and occupation lists are revised regularly, sometimes retroactively. We show the date each record was verified; that date tells you when it was checked, not that it still applies today.
- Your case may differ from the general rule. The decision on an application is made by the authorities of the destination country, on their own criteria and on circumstances the Service does not and cannot know.
- Verify with the primary source. Before filing documents, paying fees, resigning, selling property or taking any other irreversible step, check the official websites of the immigration authorities and consulates of the destination country and, where appropriate, consult a qualified lawyer or a licensed immigration adviser.
- No outcome is guaranteed. Neither the Service nor a path it suggests improves your chances of obtaining a visa, residence permit or citizenship, and neither creates any obligation on any public authority.
You make relocation decisions yourself and at your own risk. We are not responsible for their consequences — including a refused application, money and time spent, or opportunities missed.
3. External links
The Service contains links to third-party websites and channels that We neither own nor control. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information on them and are not responsible for their content or availability. Following an external link is your decision.
4. Errors and omissions
We work to keep the Service's content current and accurate and check it against primary sources. Even so, errors, delayed updates and gaps are possible — not least because laws and rules change. We are not responsible for results obtained from the use of this information.
If you spot an inaccuracy, write to support@relorca.app. That is the fastest way to get it fixed.
5. Use at your own risk
The information in the Service is provided "as is", without any warranty of completeness, accuracy, timeliness or fitness for your purposes. We are not liable to you or to anyone else for decisions made in reliance on information from the Service.
